My journey into the world of medical coding didn't start in a sterile office; it started at my kitchen table, balancing a mountain of ICD-10 books, a growing career in Risk Adjustment (HCC), and a very vocal flock of chickens in the backyard.
I know exactly how overwhelming it feels to stare at a 1,500-page coding manual while prepping for a certification exam or navigating the latest CMS-HCC model changes. After earning my B.S. in Health Sciences and working as a CPC in the high-stakes world of Medicare/Medicaid coding, I realized that the "standard" tools just weren't enough. I needed a system that was as organized as a well-kept coop and as sharp as a hen’s beak.
Why I Started This Shop
